“The room had a lot of broken things. The lights next to the beds didn’t work. The hot water knob on the bathroom sink had water leaking from it whenever you turned it on. The toilet paper was cheap. I booked a room for 3 people with 2 beds but they only gave us 2 towels. The pool and hot tub were pretty dirty which I get West Texas winds and dirt so not sure they can help that. We had a charge to our room for breakfasts which we didn’t eat or charge to the room and have yet to get a call that...

“This hotel is fine for a day or two, but the cracks really start to show if you're there for a while. It's relatively well protected from road noise, but the walls are thin enough that you'll hear normal conversations in neighboring rooms. Doors slam easily. A lot of doors in shared spaces get stuck frequently, including stairwell and side entrances/exits. I don't know what the housekeeping situation is supposed to be, but during my week-long stay, housekeeping came by on the second and third...
